Interview with the Developers:
+In one or two sentences, describe the main themes present in your game.

Our game is about bad people making mistakes in paranormal environments, coziness' inherent conservatism, and darkness shining onto the light. It's also sort of about you.

+What was the inspiration of the game?
What made your team decide to make this game specifically?

David Lynch's death deeply informed our creative process and direction early in the project's development. We were also inspired by early Japanese anarcha-feminist literature, Higurashi (2006), and the paintings of Yuko Tatsushima.
+Were there difficult moments when developing the game? What led to those difficult moments? What did you learn from it?

Our team spent a lot of time rewriting and realigning our priorities and goals with respect to this project. We learned how to scale salient ideas down to simple, effective versions of themselves and how preferred workflows greatly influence production philosophy.
+Were there features you had to remove, and if so, what were they and why were they removed?

One feature we were banking on was a Phoenix Wright-inspired system for moving around the map and collecting clues that could be presented to various villagers. The current game only showcases the very beginning and middle of the mystery, but we hope to open things up to the player later on! :)
