+What was the inspiration of the game?
What made your team decide to make this game specifically?
Brass Lament was inspired by our desire to tell stories that are often ignored—narratives that may seem mundane but carry a quiet power and emotional depth.
+Were there features you had to remove, and if so, what were they and why were they removed?
We designed an interview dialogue scene as the interlude between our major chapters. However, its heavy reliance on text and lengthy reading slowed the pacing and disrupted the narrative flow we aimed to achieve. Instead of removing it entirely, we retained the idea of an interlude but redesigned it as a more interactive experience.
